Hospitality & Hotel Management Programme for High School Students in Dubai & UAE

Limited spots per batch Dubai · Grades 9–12

A HOTEL ISN’T JUST A PLACE TO STAY. IT’S A BUSINESS THAT HAS TO WORK EVERY DAY.

Restaurants. Reservations. Events. Operations. Sales and marketing. People.

For a high school student interested in business, management, events or hospitality, a hotel provides an unusual opportunity to see several business functions operating within the same environment.

Inside Hospitality gives students structured exposure to different departments within a working hospitality environment in Dubai.

Intelligent Partners, a KHDA-approved education consultancy in the UAE, connects high school students with this structured hospitality programme in Dubai.

Inside Hospitality — Dubai

SEE THE BUSINESS BEHIND THE HOTEL.

A guest sees the finished experience.

Behind it are different teams managing operations, reservations, restaurants, events, marketing and people — all of which have to work together.

Students gain exposure across areas including:

  • Events & Banqueting
  • Sales & Marketing
  • Hotel Operations
  • Reservations
  • Food & Beverage
  • Restaurants
  • Front Office & Reception
  • Human Resources
  • Housekeeping Operations

Students shadow managers and observe how different departments operate and connect within the hospitality environment.

There is no guest interaction. The programme is structured around exposure to the business and operational side of hospitality rather than placing high school students in guest-facing roles.

See Hospitality From the Other Side

My child doesn't want to work in a hotel. Why would this programme be relevant?

Because a hotel contains much more than hotel-specific roles.

Students encounter areas including operations, events, sales and marketing, HR, reservations and food and beverage. These functions introduce them to different aspects of managing an operating business.

The programme can therefore be relevant to students interested in hospitality as well as those considering broader business and management fields.

Is this basically hotel work experience?

No. Students are not being placed into guest-facing hotel jobs.

They shadow managers and gain structured exposure to different departments, seeing how functions such as operations, events, reservations, marketing and HR contribute to the wider hospitality business.

There is no guest interaction.

My child is interested in business but doesn't know which area. Could Hospitality help?

It can provide a useful perspective because several business functions operate within the same environment.

A student might arrive most interested in events and find operations more interesting, or discover that sales and marketing attracts them more than the customer-facing side of hospitality.

The value is in seeing these functions operating in a real hospitality environment rather than encountering them only as separate business subjects.

What will students actually see during the programme?

Students gain exposure to multiple hospitality departments, including Events & Banqueting, Sales & Marketing, Operations, Reservations, Food & Beverage, Restaurants, Front Office and Reception, HR and Housekeeping Operations.

They shadow managers and observe how different departments contribute to the operation of the hospitality environment.
